This price is for One (1) Week Rent per one guest. We are very close to Puerto Rico University Rio Piedras Campus. The Studio has one private bathroom, two beds, a fan, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, chair and table, plates, pans, and other utilities, a front street Balcony and an interior patio. Utilities water and electricity are included.
If you need to stay more weeks, just increase the QTY during Check Out to the numbers of weeks you will stay. You can combine weeks and additional days purchasing them at the "rent by days" listing we have here, too.

Cancellation Policy
- For a full refund, cancellation must be made five full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 2:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time.
- If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the first week is non-refundable but the remaining weeks will be 50% refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the weeks not spent after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.

It is located on the second floor of the building and is completely private and independent.

2. Guest Access
You are within a walking distance to UPR Rio Piedras, Auxilio Mutuo Hospital, Walgreens, la Plaza del Mercado, the Catholic Church, the Paseo de Diego marketplace, Burger King, bars, pubs and supermarkets, etc. In the same block you have 6 bookstores, 1 theather, 1 pizzeria, 1 pub (cross the street), 1 yoga place, 1 printing business, 2 restaurants and the convenience Rio Piedras Subway station (at 30 seconds walking distance).
Property is at Av Juan Ponce de Leon which is one of the most important venues of San Juan.

The Condado beach which includes many amenities is at a distance of only 5.8 mi. This is 15 to 20 minutes from the Private Studio once you are on the bus and/or train.

At Ave Ponce de Leon you can take the urban train at Rio Piedras station to Sagrado Corazon station and then tranfer to the 21 bus to go to Condado Beach, Caribe Hilton, and Old San Juan.
3. Interaction with Guests
This is a private studio for our valued customers, so I do prefer to not interact with them to mantain their privacy but I will be there immediately in case you need me.
4. The Neighborhood
It is formed mostly by rented students visiting Puerto Rico from USA, Virgin Islands and Europe, tourist, business men and other visitors.
5. Getting Around
Property is at the principal corner of the University of Puerto Rico, it is next to one of the entrances to the Urban Train at Rio Piedras Station (at 30 seconds walking distance) and near Plaza Baldorioty and Plaza Las Americas. Condado and Old San Juan are close and you can take the Tren Urbano in the same street and then connect to the 21 bus to go to Condado Beach and Old San Juan on bus. To go to other places, the bus stop is at the near corner. If you want to visit El Yunque Rain Forest, the Camuy Caves Arecibo, Ponce and Fajardo, you will need to rent a car for this long distances.
6. Other Things to Note
